Projects typically run on a simple schedule: 40% to kick off, 40% at the mid-point review and 20% on launch. We accept MTN MoMo, Airtel Money and bank transfer. Monthly plans like the Care Plan are billed at the start of each month.

Hosting, domains and third-party services are billed separately at cost, so you always own your accounts. As a guide: domain registration runs UGX 80K–150K per year and reliable hosting UGX 260K–600K per year. We set everything up and hand over full control.

Every project includes a free support window (1–3 months depending on plan). After that, small tweaks are covered by the Care Plan, while larger features are quoted as mini-projects.

Usually, yes. We can phase a project so the most valuable features ship first, then add more as budget allows - you get working software early instead of waiting for everything.
